A two-component clear coating based on chemical nanotechnology. Unicoatings 2k Lacquer offers exceptional gloss retention and weather resistance for many years. The sealed surface is able to be cleaned easily, without using a special cleanser, and is resistant to new by virtue of its "easy-to-clean" effect. Dull and tired paintwork, chalkyglass-fibre (GFK) surfaces and cloudy and tired anodised aluminium gleam again "just like new" in original colours after treatment. Galvanised surfaces such as aluminium, brass, copper, and chrome are protected long-term against corrosion. Due to the extremely thin "minimum-coating" thickness, a coating capacity of about 50 - 60 sq. metres on non absorbing surfaces can be achieved.
For application on concrete or plastered surfaces we are able to offer a matte version of the product. Used on such surfaces 30-40 sq. metresc an be achieved with 1kg. The thin film coat and low viscosity of Unicoat 2k Lacquer means it can be applied via brushing, rolling, ragging or spraying. This is ideal in areas where spraying is not possible. The coating is perfect for use on aluminium (whether treated or not) stainless-steel, brass, copper, magnesium, ceramics, GFK glass-fibre, concrete, as well as on plaster surfaces and mineral bases. Surfaces already coated with other products can be "refreshed", sealed and protected on a long-term basis.
